Before an item leaves, it has been checked in our own workshop in Urk by our own permanent technicians — no outside company involved. A circuit board that no longer works literally goes under the magnifying glass before we approve it.

The warranty period depends on the condition: twelve months on new and refurbished, three months on tested.

- Tested: 3 months warranty

Everything from our own stock
What is on the site is in our warehouse. Your order goes out for shipping within one to five working days, with a tracking number.
Our own workshop
Refurbished does not mean resold to us, but checked. Our technicians test every unit, replace what is worn, and only put it back in stock once it meets factory specification again.
