Racal Decca RR-2175 / RR-2195 Scanner Unit with Array | Refurbished

A Racal Decca RR-2175 / RR-2195 scanner unit including the radar array, tested and supplied with twelve months of warranty.

Overview

The scanner unit is the part of the radar that sits outside: transmitter, receiver, motor and the rotating array, all in one weatherproof housing. It is also the part that takes the punishment, a bridge strike, a lightning hit, or simply years of rain and vibration, and when the picture deteriorates the cause is usually up there rather than in the wheelhouse. This unit fits the Racal Decca RR-2175 and RR-2195 installations and is supplied complete with the array; the array and the scanner can also be supplied separately.
